The ingredient of Chickpea Puree
- 2 x 300g cans chickpeas drained
- 2 garlic cloves roughly chopped
- 2 lemons juiced
- 185mls 3 4 cup olive oil
- pinch cayenne pepper or to taste
- salt ground black pepper to taste
